Our MISSION is to provide a high quality, kind and gentle grooming service for pets, from a quiet, home based salon, where your dog is always your groomers priority. We want your dog to not only have successful grooms with us, but build relationships and a bond of trust with us, to make this potentially daunting experience a more pleasant one.
Our VISION is to create a higher expectation of grooming salons where your pet actually comes first, and all pets are given a chance at success with their specific needs taken into consideration and put first.
Our GOALS are to meet pets and show them that we want to take care of them, building a bond over time to create a calm and pleasant grooming experience. We want your pet to have the best chance at success, so we will work with you on deciding what schedule, at home grooming maintenance and haircuts are the best for your pet. We want your pet to enjoy grooming, as it is such a regular and necessary part of their life.
Our VALUES are humanity before vanity, meaning we put your pets welfare before their appearance. Of course we want to make your dog gorgeous and give them the haircut they deserve, but we won't push them to their limits during their grooms, we won't allow them to get overly stressed, we will provide them breaks and enrichment, and lots of love, and we will never de-matt a matted coat.
