Thick, Wool Coats
Wool coats which may require extra products, additional time spent grooming and specialist services such as hand-scissoring will incur extra charges. Please speak to your groomer to discuss additional needs for your pet

Matted Coats
Matted coats are unable to be released with a brush and comb, or removing them via this method will cause your pet great discomfort. Therefore, we will release the matting by shaving under the pelt. This is a specialist skill and requires additional time, patience and is high risk. Please speak to your groomer if you have any concerns about a matted pet
